So simple, yet I still catch myself needing the reminder sometimes!

I love all of these - all are wise, some are whimsical and many ring true for me too. Be the duck - absolute gold! 🤩Thank you for sharing!

All ten are wise, but I think “Be the duck” wins my vote for the best. It’s whimsical, it’s short (easy to remember ☺️), and it’s something I need to do more of! Happy New Year to you and yours!

I am glad that resonates with you too, Jenna! It's the one I also attempt to draw when I write it out - I think my duck art skills are improving! 😄

Remembering to take a walk is something too easily forgotten or set aside, I too am guilty of this. The work has to be intentional and we can't let it slide.

It's so valuable, isn't it? I've found that even just a quick 10-minute stroll around the block can work wonders for my mind, body, and soul.

These are wonderful, thanks for sharing! Taking a walk and sharing the kindness are two I absolutely try to live by each day. I'm taking away trying the shift in "what ifs" along with starting and ending the day with excitement and pride.

Thank you for sharing your takeaways, Heather! I've enjoyed the excited/proud exercise so much that I've begun weaving it into my daily planning routine. I hope you find it beneficial, too!
