Thank you Christi! I did this exercise while travelling to meet a friend and my husband was my journal 😅

It was really helpful and put me in a better spot than when I was before. This is inspiring as I am also on my way to get in my ACC certifications done! 😇

Thank you so much, Christi for this article. I am not into journalling or noting my feelings down. But lately, I’ve been feeling the urge to journal and be with myself for a while, addressing my emotional needs and goals. I’m going to try to implement this in a couple of days, and I’ll get back to you with what I have in mind later. Thanks again.
